Linguistic Intelligence
Intelligence can be expressed in many ways whether it is innately fixed or empirically evolved depends on your definition.
According to some definitions:
Some one can appear outwardly intelligent - by fancy semantics and overcomplications; but may be incompetent or just blatantly stupid internally.
The inward environment and the external physical world have an unsaid duality. Imagination and reality blending their boundaries once pushed.
Stupidly Intelligent
A handful of individuals may appear ‘dumb as rocks’ on surface. Internally, they could be a ‘prodigy outlining’.
It’s quite strange, but also makes sense.
A person who spends alot of time in his head, may have his internal logic all figured out. Trying to express it socially - intertwining both intellectual and social aspects. It’s just like how an untouched civilization comes in contact with the modern mankind - it’s bound to gain unknown diseases.
Having a strong bridge between idea generation and logic to charisma and expressions.
That’s where linguistic intelligence comes in.
Some people can be great at wordplay, fast-learning and consistent internal analyzers.
Being able to get it out into the real world, the ability to contextualize fancy semantics.
I’m not saying that overcomplication or dumping thesaurus-heavy words makes a person smart. They may ‘appear’ smart.
But being able to explain a complex problem into simpler understandable parts is where true intelligence plays. Reductionism always shines where light deserves most space.
Feared Regardless of the Bridge
We all know intelligence people are associated with isolation - regardless of whether they are good communicators or just asocial.
I mean, most of the time.
Theres this hill → where average people situate in intelligence. They can collaborate and acquaint.
Anything too low - is mostly defective and ‘too dumb’ to talk to.
And on the other end of the spectrum - are the ‘overtly intellectuals’ - too aware, ‘too much’.
This hill is the sad reality - going downhill into being more logical. The more awarenss, the more perspectives, but you’ll start to see more people fade from your vision.
Either way - each coordinate on the hill has its own sense of ‘emptiness’. Instead of exhausting yourself by filling a broken pot, accept it, and learn to adapt.
Both sides of the hill see sunrise eventually.
